Goose eggs are available only a short time in the Spring. Highly sought after for baking, each goose eggs equals approximately 3 medium chicken eggs. Their yolks are notably richer than chicken eggs and that is reflected in the scrumptious recipes you can make. We find one goose egg makes the perfect omelette for two. Each goose lays only 30 - 50 eggs per year making them difficult to find. These eggs are not suitable for hatching.

Often called the King of T-Bones, this generously portioned steak is great for one or for sharing. Best grilled indoors or outdoors, broiled, or pan-seared. Raised on our farm in Logan County (between Scranton & Subiaco), our Black Angus/Charolais was pasture and grain fed. All of our meat is processed by Key’s Family Butcher Shop in Van Buren, a USDA inspected facility, with each package vacuum sealed and frozen. Each package weighs 1.09-1.17 lbs and is $14.65 each.
