Often called the King of T-Bones, this generously portioned steak is great for one or for sharing. Best grilled indoors or outdoors, broiled, or pan-seared. Raised on our farm in Logan County (between Scranton & Subiaco), our Black Angus/Charolais was pasture and grain fed. All of our meat is processed by Key’s Family Butcher Shop in Van Buren, a USDA inspected facility, with each package vacuum sealed and frozen. Each package weighs 1.09-1.17 lbs and is $14.65 each.

This delicious and aromatic herb is used in many dishes. It is also delightful just to rub between your fingers and enjoy the fragrance. It is hardy and evergreen to Zone 6b, but protection during extreme freezes can be of benefit. It is most often used to flavor meat dishes, especially chicken and lamb. These plants were grown from seed this Spring, and although small will be robust and sturdy by summers end.

These muffins are made with cornmeal ground from dent corn grown on the Happy Horseshoe Farm (either Panted Mountain or Bloody Butcher). The muffins are darker than regular cornmeal muffins thanks to the multiple colors of the corn kernels that go into making the meal. They also have a somewhat nutty flavor that's different from regular corn muffins. They are perfect as a side for chili or bean soup but are also tasty enough to eat alone (or maybe with some butter and honey!).
