My late, Great-Aunt Melvie was well-known in her community in southern Arkansas for her fudgy, decadent coconut-pecan brownies. She shared her recipe with me when I was a child and I’ve dreamt of making them famous someday. I have adapted her recipe to create many different varieties of brownies such as turtle pecan, cookies & cream, frosted fudge, and even lemon brownies. I also make blondies, candies, and streusels.
