Hi there, we are a young couple who raise pasture-raised hogs and chemical fertilizer/pesticide/herbicide free produce. Our hogs are not very large, but they spend the entirety of their lives grazing on our heavily wooded pasture. Their diet is supplemented with some feed, but we are working to reduce that as we continue to improve our practices. We specialize in a few things we grow well: leeks, okra, kale, purple hull peas, and herbs. Our produce does change with the seasons (and sometimes, with our tastes, if we want to try something new). We really believe in regenerative agriculture and we try to implement sustainable practices as we raise our animals and our produce.
