Nick’s Sourdough Bread

My name is Nick McDaniel. I am a college student at the University of the Ozarks. Over the last few months I’ve been working on creating delicious artisanal Sourdough Bread. My loaves are made with simple, yet great ingredients, that lead to a lighting salty and beautifully tangy loaf of bread. I look forward to sharing my bread with our community, and sharing the joy that inherently comes with each unique loaf.
