I don’t have time to say a lot today about Foothills Market – we’re starting the garden!
It will be a while before anything our farmers may start today will hit the market, but we still have some vegetables, locally-grown meats, and baked goods. Shop between now and when the market closes at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and we’ll have your order ready for pickup on Thursday.

The Market is Open!
What a week! We hope everyone came through the cold and the ice/snow with no problems. Foothills Market is back online this week for what looks like a much quieter stretch of weather.
One thing that’s been missing from the market for a few weeks is back – farm-fresh eggs! Maybe the hens know spring is around the corner, because they’ve started laying again after their winter hiatus. There’s nothing quite like a farm-fresh egg from a pastured hen, with its deep orange yolk packed full of nutrients. We have large brown eggs and a colorful mixture of pullet eggs from hens who are just starting to lay. The number of eggs is limited, and they always go fast, so be sure to get yours before they are gone!
The market will be open from now until 5:00 p.m. Wednesday for Thursday pickup.

No Market This Week
Because the forecast is for inclement weather on our pickup day this week, Foothills Market will not open this week. We’ll be back with your local food options next week!

Feeling a little under the weather? Maybe a spoonful of local raw honey is just what you need! Honey is proven to have a variety of health benefits, including soothing sore throats and mild coughs. Honey may even help with mild depression (like you might get from day after day of sub-freezing weather, ha!).
Whether you want to soothe a cough or sweeten a biscuit, you can get a jar of local honey from our vendors on Foothills Market. Browse the market between now and Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. for honey or something else like baked goods, local meats, or fresh produce. We’ll have your order ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon.
