Ingredients
2 tsp
olive oil
1/4 cup
panko crumbs
2 Tbsp
grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp
salt
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Combine potatoes and oil, tossing to coat. Combine panko, seasoning, salt, and cheese in a large zip-top bag; add potatoes, tossing to coat. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned and crispy.
- Try snipping up fresh oregano and basil to substitute for Italian seasoning.
