Lemon-Soy Viniagrette

This simple viniagrette dressing can be made ahead for quick use when cooking.

Serves: approximately 1/2 cup
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together brown sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until combined. May be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using.
