Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
1 bunch
cilantro
3/4 cup
Scallions (or red onion)
3 Tbsp
capers, rinsed
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 cup
extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves
garlic, minced
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1/2 tsp
crushed red chile flakes (optional)
Step by Step Instructions
- Finely chop mustard greens and cilantro. Mix with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and serve.
