This page is where you can place your orders. If you're logged in to your account *and* the market is open, you will see quantity box an "Add to Cart" icon next to each item. If you just want one, click on the icon to add it to your cart. If you want more, you can either change the quantity and then click, or click the number of times you want.
Once you've finished shopping, click the checkout link in your shopping cart (located at the upper left side of this page, below this help area).
Orders may be placed between Sunday and 5:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Please be sure you have a good idea of how the market works before you place an order. You will need to create an account to buy from the market. When you place an order, you are committing to pay for your ordered items and pick them up at the scheduled time. Payment is still expected for orders that are not picked up.

These are 1/2 pound boxes of oyster mushrooms. Our Oyster Mushrooms have a chewy savory umami flavor profile. They are grown in an indoor greenhouse under a controlled environment suitable for mushroom cultivation. There are many ways to cook an oyster mushroom and there is nothing wrong with making it simple! Here is our recipe: Sautéed Oyster Mushroom. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes with butter, olive oil, garlic and thyme. For 1 minute, cook on high heat and add your spices of choice (we use chicken bouillon). Serve!
