It cooks quickly when fried, and is also great in other recipes, including with peppers, tomatoes and/or onions, or cooked in the crock pot. Raised on our farm in Logan County (between Scranton & Subiaco), our Black Angus/Charolais was pasture and grain fed. All of our meat is processed by Key’s Family Butcher Shop in Van Buren, a USDA inspected facility, with each package vacuum sealed and frozen. Each package is .91-.97 lbs. and is priced at $6.55.
